Gives ACOT Transmutator jobs astral thread production.
It also gives the jobs a job icon instead of the placeholder default.
Astral thread production requires the tech to harvest it and slightly increases the job upkeep.
Astral threads are produced at a base 3 per job, the same rate as living metal, zro, and nanites.
