I re-do all the design of the building and the job of this mod, to align them almost the same as official research lab building and official researcher job, just the

so I think it is an equal selection compare with official research lab, and worth to use it when you really need it in the early game.

What’s new :
No any Terraforming tech required for build it now, when you have the techs it is already a little too late to have this building.
New job icon for the job "atmosphere terraformer", have a good looking always make things good.
AI will not use this building
