Just my first mod, nothing to see here.
MANY defines/"balance" changes, including better war occupation calculation (heavily weighted towards populated planets), faster GalCom and Federation, and honestly I’ve forgotten the other 90%.
Adds new districts for planet types:
Dry worlds get Chemistry Districts, which give rare resources.
Cold worlds get Research Districts, which gives research.
Wet worlds instead get a food bonus, which doesn’t require anything to be built and is a bit more of an early-game bonus, but isn’t useless because…
New policies to increase food upkeep in exchange for more pop growth speed, up to the old 2x growth we had in 1.9.
Researching Dark Matter techs now unlocks Destroyer and Battleship segments which have the slot configurations of Fallen Empire Escorts and Battlecruisers.
