No Galactic Communities
This mod is a time-traveller from a far future when the concept of space UN comes into trouble. It doesn’t function for v2.5.1 but if you need it, you can subscribe it for now and it will soon come into function when the v2.6 patch be released.
It is now fully functional.

Why do someone ever think a space UN make sense? This mod fixed it that the Galactic Community will never be formed.
What was the diplomacy like before v2.6 update? Well, first you gift the AI things, then they start to listen to you for just a few seconds, despite your 2M fleets and multiple megastructures built. This really make sense, hahahaha.
And what’s diplomacy like since v2.6 update? They introduced a space UN so that mindless AI empires can sabotage the player’s internal affairs with so-called "diplomatic weapons". To make federations more meaningful, they added some modifiers to the federation, yeah, simple and easy understanding modifiers. All these don’t make sense to me. Never bother me with that space UN thing.
- Galactic Communities can’t be formed.
Nothing were overwritten. This mod simply muted the gatekeeper event of the Galactic Community’s creation. Should be compatible with anything.
