Description:

In the distant past, humanity escaped the gravity well of Earth and expanded to neighboring worlds. Soon, they realized they were cut off from the galaxy at large and bound to the Sol System, unable to go anywhere beyond the Oort Cloud.

With that revelation, humanity was forced to exploit every single inch of space in the Sol System. When planets were unable to carry the weight of massive population, they built shells upon shells on these rocky planets to enlarge living space.

Even gas-filled giant planets were built with shells covering their surface to house more life. The outermost planets were not spared and remade extensively, even the Sun was lit with habitats and stations. Yet, humanity realized the weight of their population would crush the Sol System in the distant future.

Alas, after ten thousand years of development, humanity had enough and committed to shatter their prison.

Whatever had happened warped the Sol System, many planets and moons were destroyed. It would take humanity another ten thousand years to rebuild all that was lost until they are ready again.

Playing as Stellar Humanity born in a morphed Sol System by the acts of their ancestors. They have an unique trait, multiple Shellworlds, the ability to harvest most of strategic resources and massive economical advantages from early-game. At the edge of the system is a derelict gateway awaited to be activated to connect to the galaxy.
