Light Borders + Swapped Colors + Star Pins: Andromeda Update

Makes borders more transparent and thin, swaps border colors, keeps star pins.
Achievement-compatibe.
The mod also:
– slightly raises borders
– doesn’t highlght borders under nebulas (maybe – might have broken this with the update)
