Now compatible to Stellaris Version 3.12.5 and NHV 0724 Captain, make it so! – (170db7)
– some bigger gameplay changes
– It changes the default empire size base to 15,000
– Borg can now assimilate technology (have now own special technologys)
– Planet Buildings are increased
– nanite cache can build once per planet
– add army changes for borg that all armys can be build now
– Borg megastructures are now more flexible in placement
