A small mod that adds the equivalent of the nanotech cauldron for consumer goods.
This building, in contrast to the nanotech cauldron, can be upgraded.
Can be built by any empire that completes the nanite tradition and uses consumer goods (includes machine empires with obsessive directive civic)
