Animated Aquilese Portraits for 3.12+
Once again, Stellaris has updated and left the portrait mods whose authors have disappeared in the dustbin. This mod follows the spirit of the previous mod author’s wishes and requires you to install all previous mods AND place them in the correct order in your playset, restoring both the custom portraits for the Aquilese and the Enchirian Empire prescripted civilization.
