Kilo Structure Limit Fix
Description
Kilo structures seem to be bugged in 3.12.3 making it so that you can build one less than normal. looking through the game files this doesn’t seem to be an intentional nerf so this mod fixes it.

This mod will be incompatible with mods that overwrite the same files. It should be compatible with almost everything else.
