[ENG]: This mod alters the AI’s decisions regarding habitat creation, making it impossible for the AI to decide to create a habitat. To prevent the AI from creating a habitat for any unknown reason, the construction cost of habitats has been modified to 100,000 alloys and the construction time to 10,000 days (To reduce lag in the late game). This is the "STRONG" version.
