Genocide is A-okay
Why does everyone hates you after using a teeny-tiny bit of genocide? This mod fixes it for xenophobe and authoritarian ethics. Does not apply if you kill pops of their species.
The decay rate is also changed from the ridiculous slow 1 per year to 12 per year. This prevents empires from being locked out of diplomacy forever.
