This is a submod for Stellaaris Evolved that massively reduces the number of ships you’ll have in your game.

Justification

This mod is inspired by the recent Montu video about how we have too many ships in the modern stellaris.

TLDR: Having too many ships is bad, because it ruins performance and reduces importance of individual ships.

Features

This mod solves this issue by making all ships and components 10 times more expensive with 10 times more upkeep.
It modifies the base costs, so all modifiers still apply properly (e.g. -10% from supremacy will still let you build 11 ships for the price of 10).

This mod also makes all sources of force limit provide 4 times less force limit. For example, naval officers will now only provide 1 force limit.

To avoid making conquest impossible, it also makes starbases have 10 times less base hull and armor, and reduces their number of weapons and auxiliary components
