Riddemon’s Rebalance – Leaders
Overview
This mod was originally meant for personal use only and applies small general changes, however since I started sharing this mod with friends I decided to publish it on the workshop.
Changes
Here’s a list of changes applied by this mod:
Machine empires
- Self-Preservation protocols prevents machine leaders from dying.
General
- Leadership Conditioning agenda gives 1500 experience to all leaders.
- Works similarly to 3.9.3, but it’s buffed for low level leaders and nerfed for high level ones.

Traits
- Principled reduces crime by 20 – 40.
- Feedback loop Increases stability by 5 – 10 and amenities by 15 – 30.
- Home guard Increases defensive armies by 2 – 4 – 6.
- Logistic understanding reduces ship upkeep regardless of them being docked.
- Army veteran is obtainable only by commanders.
- Retired fleet officer is obtainable only by commanders.
- Agrarian upbringing is obtainable only by commanders.
- Butcher is obtainable only while leading a transport fleet.
- The following traits can only be obtained while leading a planet:
- Bureaucrat.
- Righteous.
- Iron fist.
- Environmental engineer.
- Enlister.
- Architectural interest is obtainable all leader classes.
- Capitalist is obtainable only by commanders and gives extra jobs to the governed planet.
- Private mines is obtainable only by commanders and gives extra jobs to the governed planet.
- Homesteader is obtainable only by commanders and gives extra jobs to the governed planet.
- Scrapper is obtainable only by officials and gives extra jobs to the governed planet.
- Entrepreneur is obtainable only by officials and gives extra jobs to the governed planet.
- Venerated is obtainable only by officials and gives extra jobs to the governed planet.
- The following traits can only be obtained while leading a military fleet:
- Aggressive.
- Cautious.
- The following traits can only be obtained while leading any fleet:
- Unyielding.
- Engineer.
- Trickster.
- Restrained.
- Carefree.
- Roamer.
- Archaeologist.
- Meticulous.
- Custom AI assistant.
- Sapient AI assistant.

The mod is balanced following my standards.
