Description:

Adds a Dutch name list to the game inspired mostly by Dutch naval history.

Custom names for the following things in-game:

-Ship Names
-Ship Class Names
-Fleet Names
-Army Names
-Planet Names
-Male/Female First Names
-Last Names
-Regnal Male/Female First Names
-Regnal Second Names

Should not cause any incompatibility problems, since it doesn’t overwrite any vanilla files.
