Description:

Adds 6 building slots to planets ( 18 total ) and adjust UI to work with "Planetary Diversity – Planet View".
95% vanilla, I only fixed sizes and slightly moved "Ethics" in the "Population" tab ( for convenience ).

Will NOT work "UI Overhaul Dynamic"!
But
Works perfectly with "UI Overhaul 1080p Plus",
Just put "Planetary Diversity – Planet View" and "18 Slots for PD Planet View" below it.
