Dragon Advisor Voice
So I decided to make a mod for a voice advisor that sounded (to me) like a dragon, since I couldn’t find any. This is the result of a few hours of work and a day (or more) of throat pain. I think it came out nicely!
You can select this advisor in the advisor menu, it has its own custom icon that I may touch up a bit in the future.
I do not own Smaug from the image thumbnail, he belongs to J.R.R. Tolkien.
Also, this mod should work on Stellaris 2.1+
