Empires Collection: Toxoids
The galaxy is a big place, and can host a lot of different empires. So why do you encounter the same ones every playthrough? Spice up your game with a few new ones!
Toxoids adds 3 new traits (plus the overtuned ones), 1 new city appearance, 1 new origin, 1 new ship appearance and 3 new civics, which I used to create 5 new empires.

But even if you don’t own this DLC, the empires should still spawn in your galaxy, even though you can’t pick all to play. They are all achievement compatible.
