Crisis Spawn Exclusion in Near Space

Ensure that crises do not occur near the player.
It will definitely not occur until 20 jumps from the capital star system, and almost never near roughly half the galaxy.
The mod is designed to leave at least 50 star systems, so it should work fine unless you are playing in a galaxy that is too small.
Internally, at the start of the endgame, the "crisis_spawn_exclude" flag used in vanilla is given to the neighboring star systems,
Contingency flags that have a fixed position from the beginning are transferred to the star system without the "crisis_spawn_exclude" flag.
If you have already started the end game, go to the galaxy map screen and type the following command.

To check the star systems with crisis_spawn_exclusion, type the following command.
A special project with a short debugging deadline will be issued.
