Ares’ Delayed Galactic Community
ATTENTION: Anybody playing with this mod, please let me know when the GC formed in your games. I’m still not 100% sure if it actually works.
Increases both the required percentage of contacted empires (90%) and the minimum count of playable empires required to form the GC at all (6).
I also greatly reduced the AI-desire to join the GC, but that setting doesnt appear to have any actual effect, the AIs keep joining anyway.
Future goals: Add a 60 – 100-year fixed delay.
