Extra Paragon Ruler Traits

I was excited for the New Paragon DLC only to be met with disappointment on the very first feature shown. The game has a severe lack of options which i will be fixing over the next couple days.

This mod was originally created with Powerful mods in mind, All Traits are subject to change i will be tweaking the balance in future, If you want to suggest a change please use the discussion tabs i have created.

This only uses VANILLA data thus it is fully compatible with vanilla and should be compatible with any other mods.

If you play this mod in Vanilla anyone with these traits will likely be overpowered𓁹‿𓁹

If you notice anything odd such as Tier 2 not being selectable let me know so i can fix it.
