小null制作（此mod禁用了主宰的船坞，以至于自动补充舰队时不会抢制造，但是仍然可以修船）
Minor null crafting (this mod disables Juggernaut’s shipyard so that auto-replenishment of the fleet won’t grab crafting, but ships can still be repaired)
