Vassals Nerfed
A balance mod which makes it harder to acquire and maintain vassals.

I love the vassal system from Overlord, but it became too easy to aquire them and hold them in check. Vassals should feel more rewarding but also more egoistic in their goals. I personally think there is not much to change, just make things a little bit harder.
- Shared Destiny, Feudal Society and Franchising does only reduce and not remove penalties from having more subjects.
- Higher Diplomatic penalties for vassalisation of AI, especially higher distance modifier.
- Negotiations are more expensive and and AI is less likely to approve (higher penalties).
- Vassals are more likely to pledge secret fealty and betraying you.
- Each Vassal gives + 2.5% Empire Size penalty.
- Tributaries give + 1.5% Empire Size Penalty
- Subsidiares give + 1.0% Empire Size Penalty
- Opinion modifers for loyalty are nerfed.
