Description:

Mod Version 1.4, for Stellaris v3.8.4

This mod aims to improve the effectiveness or utility of certain planetary specializations.

– Research, forge, and factory specs now increase output of the relevant resource, in exchange for lesser upkeep reduction.
– Fortress spec now increases the naval capacity output from soldier jobs.
– Military Academy (and Dread Encampment) do the same as above. These bonuses stack additively if both are active at once.
– Adds a research-focus option for the capital, in addition to the other new capital focuses that were added.
– Fixes "arcology project" conversion losing the planet’s forge or factory spec.
– Converting to an ecumenopolis while in unity designation will now convert half of city districts to bureaucratic, similar to how it works with industry to foundries or factories.

Part of Suzarr’s collection of gameplay enhancements, balance tweaks, and bug fixes.
All mods in this collection are designed with modularity in mind, so you can pick and choose to use the components you like, and ignore the ones you don’t. None of these mods depend on one another, compatibility with each other is guaranteed, and load order within the collection does not matter.
