Progenitor Hive QoL fix
A simple quality of life mod to remove the annoying -50% penalties on all progenitor hive empire units.
Of course, the buffs from offspring ships for countering these penalties are removed too, but other buffs on offspring ships (says hull, armor, shield, disengagement chance etc.) are not touched.
The offspring outpost starbase building is also disabled.
Now go and flood the galaxy with your swarm, good luck.
