An alternative variant of Compact UI Topbar that compresses the strategic resource section and supports smaller resolutions. Ironman and multiplayer compatible.

1600: supported by default
1280: supported with 0.9 UI scaling or below

Compatible with other UI mods, but this mod will override the topbar of any other mod.
