[While this mod likely wont be updated again or for atleast the forseeable future it should work for every major version of stellaris until traits are reworked heavily (unsure atm if leaders still function as of 3.8 so :shrug:) and ty for anyone still using this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane mod lol]
