Better Refugees
Adds more possibilities for pop migrations.
Adds events so that pops migrate in more situations. Pops fleeing purges and other repression can also form new nations on uninhabited worlds, which should then draw more similar pops.
In addition to fleeing purges, unhappy pops will also flee because of faction unhappiness/suppression, military occupation, poor living standards and population control. All of these situations can also lead to new countries being founded by the refugees.
Compatability:
Should be compatable with most mods. Only vanilla files changed are commons/scripted_effects/refugee_effects.txt and common/scripted_triggers/01_scripted_triggers_refugees.txt. Ethics or factions added by mods won’t interact with some events.
