Description:

This increases the distance that a Science ship needs to be from a Special Project for you to be able to hit the ‘Research’ button on it from 25 to 400. No more going to your Science ship just to manually do it yourself!

Note that this doesn’t seem to work if the Science ship is moving. Unfortunately, this seems like it’s hardcoded behavior and not fixable.
