Slaves Are Slaves
The Authoritarian faction now recognizes governments with either the ‘Slaver Guilds’ or ‘Indentured Assets’ civics are already stratified via slavery. The end effect is such:
1. The authoritarian faction’s demand for a ‘Stratified Society’ will be fulfilled if their government possesses either the ‘Slaver Guilds’ civic (Regular Authority) or the ‘Indentured Assets’ civic (Corporate Authority).
2. The aforementioned demand will remain fulfilled even if all species are set to ‘Full Citizenship’ and ‘Social Welfare’ as approximately 40% each planet’s population will be enslaved automatically.
