Slower Slave Market Sales
This mod should slow down the AI from buying slaves off the market without making it impossible for them to. The ways to do it are limited, so mainly they need more spare credits, actual unused jobs, and higher habitability compared to vanilla. Should be mostly compatible, only overwrites a few defines.
