Well, i finally decided to update.
Based on Utopias Mechanist Civic, i made a few "Tech-Starter Civics".
This version only contains

Terrestrial Sculpting
Ecological Adaptation
– Weapon Masters
10% More Damage
5% Faster RoF
Autocannons, Torpedoes, Plasma Thrower, Disruptor, Strikecraft
– Defense Masters
10% More Hull, Armor and Shield
T2 Shields, Armor, Thrusters, Sensors
Planetary Shield Research Option
So far it seems to work, if there are any issues, just comment and i try to fix it.
Maybe i change the values around in the future, maybe i add new things…
