Description:

A very simple, lightweight mod that adds four additional buildings to the Starbase, allowing systems without habitable planets to be a bit more versatile and contribute more to production.

As it is lightweight, this should be compatible with virtually all other mods.

Power Plant – Produces energy credits (+8 energy, -1 minerals)
Alloy Foundry – Produces alloys (+6 alloys, -6 minerals, -2 energy)
Consumer Goods Factory – Produces consumer goods (+6 consumer goods, -6 minerals, -2 energy)
Mineral Processing Facility – Produces minerals (+10 minerals, -1 energy)

Each new building is unlocked with the existing "Tier 1" resource upgrade (for example, the existing "Energy Grid" technology unlocks the power plant, the existing "Mineral Purification Hubs" technology unlocks the mineral processing facility, etc).

To differentiate the Mineral Processing Facility (which can be built anywhere) with the Nebula Refinery (which is restricted to Nebulas), The Nebula Refinery has been improved as follows:

Nebula Refinery – Produces minerals and exotic gases (was +10 minerals +1 exotic gas -2 energy, now +15 minerals +1 exotic gas -2 energy)
