Description:

A mod intended to add in a corporate version of the "shared burdens" civic, to better realise the concept of a worker-owned megacorp.

Current features:

1. The "Shared Profits" civic, available to egalitarian, non-corporate-death-cult, non-criminal-heritage megacorps. This civic has the following effects:

A. grants access to the "Shared Profits" living standard, and removes access to most others. This living standard gives +10% happiness, 1 consumer goods upkeep, and .7 trade value generated by all strata.

B.-15% Empire size penalty, as the workers of this society are self-organizing.

C. +30% trade value from living standards, as workers continually re-invest in the corporation that they have equal ownership in.

D. Special "local cooperative" branch office buildings that provide more jobs than their vanilla counterparts, and increase worker/slave political power on their host planet.

E. Clerks now provide +1% trade value from living standards to their planet, while managers provide +3%. Both are still suboptimal jobs, but this helps them be a bit more competitive.

2. A "Religious Commune" government type unlocked by taking both Shared Profits and Gospel of the Masses, with a unique "Charitable Mission" branch office building that decreases branch office value, but produces additional unity equal to a portion of the remaining value. Priests in this government type also provide +5% trade value from living standards to their planet, to compensate for the lack of any priest-boosting civics available to megacorps.
