• De-couples the Criminal Heritage civic from the Corporate authority.
• Adds a new Origin, Criminal Dystopia, to really let your Criminal Heritage loose.
• Adds a new Law Enforcement policy, with options providing a new Marshall job or Security Guard jobs.
• Adds a new Law Enforcer trait for Droids.
