add’s new repeatbles that increase Pop output and mega output at the cost of increased upkeep
also adds 2 new buildings for miners and technicians that also increase output and upkeep
physics research:
increase artisan output by 2% and upkeep by 2%
increase mega output by 1% and upkeep by 1.5% (only appears if a megastructure is in the empire)
increase chemist/refiner/translucer output by 5% and upkeep by 2.5%
building for technician: 2+ energy credits but 0.1 gas upkeep for job themselves
society research
increase all pop output by 1% and upkeep by 1%
engineering research:
increase metallurgust output by 2% and output by 2%
building forminers: 2+ minerals but 0.1 motes upkeep for job themselves
