Hello folks, since I found interest again in Stellaris I decided to upload that old mod of fine.
I remember an old mod having the same features but it has been removed a long time ago, so as Thatnos would have said "Fine, I’ll do it myself".

This mod adds more efficiency levels for the known stellaris vanilla traits allowing for an optimized customisation.
Of course balance isn’t the main goal here, but for those looking for fun and roleplay you won’t be disappointed.
Also the amount of pickable traits and points has been increased as well.

Some vanilla files were replaced so I suggest that you load the mod in last for it to works properly.

– Mod is compatible with old saves.
