Pop Output-Growth Rebalance
Provides a new society repeatable technology to improve job output at the cost of pop growth.
This was made to hopefully improve the late-game lag that I’ve encountered with my friends due to ballooning pops, this will probably help decently modded games more than vanilla though.

- Work-Life Imbalance : Pop Growth & Robot Assembly -2.5%, Specialist Output 2.5%, Job Upkeep -2.5%
