[3.2] Dream World Project
Dream World Project is a mod used to help early and medium-term development (only for regular empires).
I added 2 new planet classes and their exclusive districts , several buildingsedictsdecisions, and we need relevant technologies and ascension perks to unlock them.
At first, I only wanted to increase the rate of population growth, and unlock some building slots, but finally I did a lot of work and made this mod.
I am not so good at English, so there’s some tips I translated with the help of translation software, maybe there’s something wrong.
The Mod features:
-Faster population growth, colonization and scientific research can be achieved through relevant edicts, but at the cost of increasing consumption of population resources
-We can use planet decisions to unlock more building slots, which can be used with the Building slot mod, and we can also increases population growth at the expense of reduction of pops production
-Added new buildings and districts to the original colonizable planet , providing more housing and comfort
– After completing the research of the related technology, the toxic planet, the molten planet, the frozen planet, and two types of barren planet can be rapidly transformed into a colonizable planet(DWgaia world), which has a large amount of bonus in habitability and construction, and it also have more district caps and faster population growth, but significantly lower job production.
– the resources on the DWgaia can not be directly used, need to use the planet decision "Cloud dream", spend a certain amount of influence and energy coins, get "cloud dream" modifier, to unlock the relevant exclusive districts of resources, it can also reduce the decrease in production.
– After completing the research of the related technology, we can unlock a ascension perk "DWCity Project" , just like "Arcology Project" , but can only transform DWgaia world without "Cloud dream" to DWCity world . DWCity has higher bonus and can also reduce the decrease in production , has a variety of exclusive districts.
-New districts and buildings:
–use energy instead of minerals(In whole or in part)
–shorter construction time
–Exclusive districts usually come with part of the basic production
