Crime syndicate & submersive cult building fix 3.0
This is a reupload of a earlier mod I made which I lost the files to. I’ve tried changing around a few of the modifiers and such to the temple and changes some localization but Stellaris was refusing to accept it on my end so idk.
This mod adds a building for submersive cults that adds 50 crime, 2 preachers to the planet and gives +50% spiritualist attraction to the planet.
