More Unity from Mandates
This mod buffs the amount of unity you can get via completing a mandate through the Democracy authority.
Unity floor: 50 -> 100 Unity
Unity ceiling: 1000 -> 5000 Unity
This way, sticking with a Democratic government remains relevant for 5 times as long in terms of your monthly unity output that factors into unity gained through mandates. This is the first version, so please tell me if you think anything needs to change, and if so, why. I’m open for ideas.
