Many hands make light work
Inspired by Pops give build speed, this mod adds a new planet modifier that increases the speed of building/district construction, decision-making, army recruitment, and clearing of blockers. The modifier scales with the number of pops on the planet, with each pop increasing the speed by 1%.
Unlike the original mod, this modifier is added via an event and will update every year, which eliminates any compatibility issues.
Note: This mod is compatible with Stellaris version 3.7 or higher (it may also work with lower versions, but ignore the launcher warnings). And no need of start a new game to use this mod.
