First Contact Tweaks
This mod seeks to fix some of the annoyances I had with the new first contact DLC.
Currently it makes it so you can:
use Payback origin if you’re a purifier
Invade primitives on Active Interference
Intereference policy description still says you can’t invade, but you can, I just didn’t feel like messing with localization
