R27 Advanced Start Origin
Version 3.5.* Fornax compatible
Adds an origin which grants a race with extra ships, techs and planetary systems, pretty similar to what the random AI advanced start gets. This allows you to create custom races which always start off a bit stronger than the others or alternatively start off stronger than the AI yourself.
Please note that these advanced empires are IN ADDITION to those generated by the RNG at game start. Also – this new origin is not used for randomly generated empires, so the total number of advanced empires should still remain pretty much under your control.
If you are a modder you can also use this mod to give your empire an advanced start without using up an origin. To do this, just add to your country definition the flag "r27_origin_advanced_start" and it should get the extra stuff at game start.
