Description:

In the original game AIs tends to build tons of habitats. This mod design to improve the situation through twink the mechanics of Habitats and ascension perk Void Born.

This mod is not achievement compatible.
It is suggested to use this mod with new saves.

The mod takes 2 approaches on the situation.

Firstly it raises the cost of habitat construction of AIs for 50%.

Then Voidborne is reworked on non-void-dweller empires:

Upgrade cost of habitats are increased by 100%.
Regular empires can research a technology to add one building slots to all habitats.
With Voidborne AP chosen, empires will gain a research option to reduce the upgrade cost to the vanilla numbers, and also gain +1 building slot to all habitats.
(Habitats works the same as in vanilla if picks the AP)

Language support:
Fully supporting English, simplified Chinese.
Partially support the rest. (No tech description)
