Description:

This is going to be an ambitious mod to revamp the war crime factor of stellaris.

Civics:
Profaned Crusaders | Machine Haters with special Casus Belli and War Goals geared towards machines.
Blitzkrieg | Geared towards rapid wars in enemy territory. Suffers penalties to ship durability and home territory fire rate.

Bombardment Stances:
Precision (Three Tiers) | Focuses on dealing heavy damage to armies while minimizing collateral
Carpet Bombing (Three Tiers) | Deals massive damage to everything. "Fxck you, I’m a dragon."

Origin: Eugenics
Provides a unique situation to further enhance your species. The Eugenics trait has 4 tiers (Modified; Enhanced; Purified; Perfected) each with a full set of leader traits. Currently I have not finished the GFX for trait icons or the origin icon. This origin may be unbalanced.

Technomancy Origin. Gives unique technologies geared towards scientific progress and, if synth ascended, new robomodding traits.
