Description:

This mod I created for personal use to allow hive minds to build the city worlds you love and know. I limited it so devouring swarms cannot build them as i personally felt they are best fit for the hive infested world type. But any hive mind without the devouring swarm civic can now build arcology project worlds!

If you want to build one you will still need to get the accession perk!

This mod is save game compatible!

Bugs:

Hive Districts dont count as City districts(currently working on trying to fix. If anyone wants to help add me)
