Faster Primitive Enlightment
This mod makes it faster to progress a primitive by planting advanced technology via espionage operations. There are 4 different outcomes of that operation in the vanilla game. Poor, normal, good and excellent.
In the vanilla game, the poor one gives just 5 progress, the normal one 10, the good one 12.5 and the excellent one 15.
Now, the poor one gives 15 progress, the normal one 25, the good one 35 and the excellent one 50.
All in all, should be much faster now.
