Permanent Revolution
Spread The Revolution!
This mod adds a new civic called "Permenant Revolution" which requires having Shared Burdens and which adds a 20% less war exhaustion modifer and also adding a new Casus Belli for those with the civics.
The new casus belli (called Spread the Revolution) works very similar to a Force Ideology war with the additional benefit of also forcing your target to adopt the Shared Burdens civic, and lose any capitalist exploitive civics. This CB also works with those that even have the same ethos as you as long as they dont have the share burdens civic.
So no more spreading democracy instead without communism for those that want to bring the revolution to all corners of the galaxy.
