This mod adds a University building, and an equivalent for gestalts.
As the planet grows, so too does the university, giving jobs based on the population of the planet. It also gives some housing, not enough to house all of it’s jobs, and increases the governing ethics attraction of pops on the planet, as well as giving them a slight boost to production, to represent a better educated populace.
The gestalt version does not give ethics attraction, but is otherwise the same. It is based around managing the output of the planet.
